# NFT Transaction Costs

Let's say you are a creator (and the future **beneficiary),** and you launch an NFT collection containing 20 **unique NFTs...**

*Please note that we are not talking about Jettons.*

1. You need to create a collection contract.
2. Then you need to mint 20 NFTs = 20 contracts
3. For every NFT, you need an **NFT-sale contract** securing an opportunity to buy and sell from the first sale up to an unlimited number of resales. This makes another 20 contracts.
4. Every NFT is deployed to its own NFT-sale contract.
5. We get a total of 41 contracts (1 collection contract, 20 minted NFT contracts, 20 NFT-sale contracts).

> **Fee**
>
> * Minting: 0.072 TON per piece
> * Send NFT to Sale: 0.02 TON per piece
>
> Total: 0.092

Now let’s calculate **the cost of the primary launch for the collection creator**

1. 20 \* 0.092 = 1.84 TON for minting
2. 20 \* 0.02 = 0.4 TON for the sale contract
3. Plus 0.1 for the collection contract

In total, you need 2.34 TON to mint 20 NFTs.

Then you set the price of your NFTs. For example, it can be 10 TON per piece.

This results in the final price per piece for buyers at **12.1507 TON**

1. (200 TON + 2.34 TON) / 20 = 10.117
2. 10.117 + 10.117\*3.5% (marketplace fee) = 10.471095 TON
3. 1 TON (gas) = 11.471095 TON

A user can buy an asset by confirming the transaction in the TON wallet.

The user gets the asset in the wallet if the transaction is successful. The asset can be used in the game or put up for sale.
